Aug 25, 2014 - 6:29 PM Foxboro, MA (SportsNetwork.com) - The New England Patriots released veteran linebacker James Anderson on Monday, just a few months after bringing him into the fold.Anderson started all 16 games for the Bears last year, recording 102 tackles and four sacks. The 30-year-old Anderson played for the Panthers from 2006 to 2012 before signing with Chicago.
