Bills' Watkins probable vs. Chicago
Sep 5, 2014 - 6:23 PM Buffalo, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Buffalo Bills rookie wide receiver Sammy Watkins is listed as probable for his team's season opener Sunday at Chicago.Watkins has been nursing a rib injury, but has been a full participant in practice all week.
Starting linebacker Brandon Spikes is also listed as probable with a knee injury. Spikes missed practice on Wednesday, was limited on Thursday but went fully on Friday.
Starting cornerback Stephon Gilmore is questionable with a groin injury, despite practicing all week with the last two days being a full practice.
Third string running back Boobie Dixon (hamstring) is also questionable, while reserve safety Jonathan Meeks (neck) and backup tight end Lee Smith (toe) are doubtful. Reserve linebacker Randell Johnson (ankle) is probable.
