Dolphins RB Moreno suffers elbow injury

Sep 14, 2014 - 5:49 PM Orchard Park, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Miami Dolphins running back Knowshon Moreno left Sunday's game against Buffalo in the first quarter with what the team said was an elbow injury.

He will not return, the Dolphins said.

Moreno's left arm bent back awkwardly as he was tackled at the end of a 4-yard run when the knee of Bills linebacker Nigel Bradham rammed into it. Moreno was holding his arm as he walked off the field.

He rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown in his Dolphins debut last week during a 33-20 win over New England.
