Patriots sign McDonald, place Dobson on injured reserve
Nov 26, 2015 - 10:15 PM FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) The New England Patriots signed defensive back Dewey McDonald to the 53-man roster Thursday and placed wide receiver Aaron Dobson on injured reserve.The 25-year-old McDonald was claimed off waivers from the Indianapolis Colts on Oct. 28 and played in two games before being released Nov. 12. He was signed to the practice squad Nov. 14 and released Nov. 18.
The 24-year-old Dobson had 13 catches for 141 yards in eight games this season.
