Raiders RB McFadden leaves game with stinger

Sep 9, 2008 - 7:24 AM OAKLAND, California (Ticker) -- Rookie running back Darren McFadden left Monday's 41-14 loss to the Denver Broncos with a shoulder stringer.

McFadden, the No. 4 overall pick in April, was injured in the second half. He went to the locker room and did not return.

The team said the injury did not appear to be serious, but McFadden will be re-evaluated Tuesday.

A two-time Heisman Trophy runner-up at Arkansas, McFadden rushed for 46 yards on nine carries and had one reception for 11 yards.
