Cowboys P McBriar hurt in loss
Oct 13, 2008 - 1:52 AM GLENDALE, Arizona (Ticker) -- Dallas Cowboys punter Mat McBriar suffered a sprained right foot in Sunday's 30-24 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals on the final play of game.McBriar's punt from his own 15-yard line was blocked by Sean Morey and returned by Monty Beisel 3 yards for the game-winning score.
McBriar was carted off the field. One of the best punters in the league, McBriar is averaging 49.4 yards per punt and has had four punts downed inside the 20-yard line in six games.
