INDIANAPOLIS (Ticker) -- Indianapolis Colts running back Joseph Addai has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers.

The third-year veteran and 2007 Pro Bowl running back has a slightly torn hamstring that he suffered in the first quarter of last Sunday's 31-3 victory over the Baltimore Ravens. According to a report from the NFL Network, Addai likely will be sidelined two to four weeks.

Addai has rushed for 216 yards and four touchdowns on 62 carries this season. He will be replaced by Dominic Rhodes, who carried the ball 25 times for 73 yards against the Ravens.

Chad Simpson and Cliff Dawson will serve as the backup running backs for the Colts (3-2), who are saddled with the NFL's worst rushing offense, averaging just 69.4 yards per game.

On Wednesday, the Colts placed rookie running back Mike Hart on season-ending injured reserve with a knee injury also suffered last week.

Also, Indianapolis ruled that tight end Gijon Robinson will miss Sunday's game because of an ankle injury.
