CINCINNATI (Ticker) -- The Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday placed safety Dexter Jackson on injured reserve with a hamstring injury, ending his season.
Jackson played in three games this season and recorded 21 tackles, missing five game due to a thumb injury.
In a corresponding move, the Bengals signed safety Chris Crocker.
The six-year veteran opened the season with the Miami Dolphins and played in the first six games, posting nine tackles. He was released the Dolphins on October 21.
