0 shoutsFLOWERY BRANCH, Georgia (Ticker) -- Atlanta Falcons rookie tackle Sam Baker underwent a lower back discectomy on Thursday.
The procedure, which could sideline Baker for the rest of the season, repaired a herniated disc that was causing pain in his hip.
Selected 21st overall in 2008, Baker started five games this campaign.
