Eagles WR Brown probable for Sunday
Oct 31, 2008 - 4:26 PM PHILADELPHIA (Ticker) -- The Philadelphia Eagles will likely get one receiving weapon back for Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks, but another will be out.The Eagles announced Friday that receiver Reggie Brown is probable, while tight end L.J. Smith has been ruled out with a concussion.
Brown, who has 10 catches for 163 yards over his injury-plagued season, missed the last two games with a groin injury. He was also sidelined for the first two contests of the year.
Smith has hauled in 12 receptions for 106 yards and two touchdowns this season.
Receiver Jason Avant is listed as questionable and running back Brian Westbrook, receiver DeSean Jackson and Juqua Parker are all probable. Guard Shawn Andrews continues to sit out with a back injury.
