Redskins WR Moss active vs. Steelers
Nov 4, 2008 - 1:09 AM LANDOVER, Maryland (Ticker) -- Washington Redskins wide receiver Santana Moss was active for Monday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.Plagued by a strained hamstring throughout much of the week and listed as questionable on Friday's injury report, Moss leads Washington with 42 catches for 658 yards and five touchdowns this season.
The 29-year-old Moss was a major factor in last Sunday's 25-17 triumph over the Detroit Lions. He recorded nine catches for 140 yards and a score - and also returned a punt for a touchdown.
The 16th overall pick by the New York Jets in the 2001 draft, Moss has 393 catches for 6,155 yards and 42 touchdowns in his career.
