Patriots DT Warren among inactives vs. Jets
Nov 14, 2008 - 1:07 AM FOXBOROUGH, Massachusetts (Ticker) -- Defensive tackle Ty Warren was among the inactives listed for the New England Patriots' matchup with the New York Jets on Thursday.Warren will miss the clash of AFC East leaders due to a groin injury, creating a major hole in New England's pass rush. The Patriots also will be without linebacker Adalius Thomas, who was ruled out on Wednesday due to a reported broken left forearm.
Warren, 27, is sidelined just four days after recording five tackles and a sack in Sunday's 20-10 victory over Buffalo.
In nine games this season, Warren has 38 tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble.
