Colts S Sanders out vs. Chargers
Nov 23, 2008 - 4:41 PM SAN DIEGO (Ticker) -- The Indianapolis Colts will be without safety Bob Sanders for Sunday night's game against the San Diego Chargers due to a right knee injury.The NFL's reigning Defensive Player of the Year, Sanders also was sidelined for last week's game against Houston with swelling in the knee.
Without Sanders in the lineup, the Colts surrendered 177 rushing yards in the 33-27 win over Houston.
Indianapolis (6-4) enters Sunday's game in the midst of a season-high three-game winning streak.
