Portis, Jacobs both will play

Nov 30, 2008 - 4:11 PM LANDOVER, Maryland (Ticker) -- The Washington Redskins and New York Giants both will have the services of their top running backs for Sunday's game.

Clinton Portis, the league's leading rusher with 1,206 yards, again will be active for the Redskins (7-4) despite practicing on a limited basis the last few weeks due to a sore knee.

The Giants (10-1) will regain the services of Brandon Jacobs, who missed last week's win over Arizona with a knee injury. Jacobs has rushed for 879 yards and 11 touchdowns this season.
