Cowboys DE Ware, RB Barber day-to-day
Dec 1, 2008 - 8:46 PM IRVING, Texas (Ticker) -- Dallas Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware and running back Marion Barber both missed practice Monday.Ware, the NFL's league leader with 15 sacks, is sidelined with a hyperextended left knee. Barber has a dislocated right pinkie toe.
Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said Ware and Barber, who both were injured in Thursday's 34-9 win over Seattle, are "day-to-day."
"We'll see how they are," Phillips said Monday.
MRI tests Friday revealed no significant damage for Ware or Barber.
The Cowboys (8-4), who are in the thick of the NFC wild card race, visit the Pittsburgh Steelers (9-3) on Sunday.
