Cowboys LT Adams added to Pro Bowl roster

Jan 14, 2009 - 12:02 AM DALLAS (Ticker) -- Dallas Cowboys left tackle Flozell Adams on Tuesday was added to the NFC Pro Bowl roster, replacing Seattle's Walter Jones.

Adams will be making his third consecutive appearance in the Pro Bowl, including his second as a starter, and fifth overall.

A mainstay at left tackle for the Cowboys since 1999, Adams has started 162 of his 166 career games, including his current streak of 48 consecutive regular-season starts.

Adams joins Rayfield Wright (six selections) as the only tackles in the Cowboys' history to make five or more appearances in the Pro Bowl.
