Mar 1, 2007 - 8:30 PM NEW YORK (Ticker) -- Goaltenders Rick DiPietro, Martin Brodeur and left wing Henrik Zetterberg were rewarded for their solid play.

The NHL named DiPietro of the New York Islanders, Brodeur of the New Jersey Devils and Zetterberg of the Detroit Red Wings as their "Three Stars" for February on Thursday.

DiPietro made a career-high 12 consecutive starts, posting an 8-2-2 record with a 2.19 goals-against average and a .926 save percentage as the Islanders moved up to seventh in the Eastern Conference standings.

A two-time Vezina Trophy winner, Brodeur has been a major reason the Devils have opened an 11-point cushion in the Atlantic Division. He went 9-3-0 with a 2.22 GAA and a .919 save percentage.

Zetterberg registered an NHL-best 25 points (13 goals, 12 assists) in 11 games in February. He scored five game-winning goals as the Red Wings went 8-2-2 and reached the 40-win mark for a ninth straight season.
