Canucks' Daniel Sedin starts Game 4
Apr 19, 2012 - 5:19 AM Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) - Vancouver Canucks forward Daniel Sedin is back on the ice for Game 4 of their Western Conference quarterfinal series against the Los Angeles Kings.Facing elimination after dropping the first three games of the set, Vancouver had its top-goal scorer available for the first time since March 21 as he had suffered a concussion.
His persence helped as he had an assist and three shots in the 3-1 win to help the Canucks to avoid getting swept.
Sedin took an elbow to the head from Chicago defenseman Duncan Keith in a game on March 21 and missed the rest of the regular season and the first three games of this playoff series. He finished the season with 30 goals and 37 assists in 72 games.
