Habs G Price leaves game
May 8, 2013 - 3:26 AM Ottawa, ON (Sports Network) - Montreal Canadiens starting goaltender Carey Price departed a 3-2 overtime loss in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals against the Senators with a lower-body injury.Price went down into a butterfly to stop a high shot as time wound down in regulation, then got up slowly, appearing to favor his right leg.
Peter Budaj started overtime in the Montreal net, but gave up the winning goal to Kyle Turris early in the extra session which put Ottawa ahead three games to one in the series.
Canadiens head coach Michel Therrien could only offer: "I don't know right now," in the postgame on whether Price will make an appearance in Game 5 back in Montreal on Thursday.
