Leafs ink Holland for 2 years
Jul 16, 2014 - 8:40 PM Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - The Toronto Maple Leafs announced Wednesday that forward Peter Holland was signed to a two-year contract.Holland recorded five goals and five assists in 39 games with the Leafs last season, adding five goals and five helpers in 14 appearances with the club's AHL affiliate.
In 68 NHL appearances with Anaheim and Toronto since 2011, the 23-year-old center -- taken 15th overall by the Ducks in the 2009 draft -- has recorded 10 goals and 17 points.
