Panthers sign Kulikov for three more years
Jul 18, 2014 - 5:47 PM Sunrise, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Florida Panthers signed defenseman Dmitry Kulikov to a three-year contract on Friday.Kulikov, a restricted free agent and a first-round pick of Florida in 2009, had a career-high eight goals and 11 assists in a career-best 81 games last season.
"He's got all the ability in the world and now it's just a matter of channeling it in the right direction," Panthers general manager Dale Tallon said.
The 23-year-old Russian has totaled 24 goals and 75 assists in 313 NHL games, all with the Panthers.
