Captials sign LW Fleischmann

Oct 1, 2007 - 7:02 PM ARLINGTON, Virginia (Ticker) -- The Washington Capitals on Monday re-singed left wing Tomas Fleischmann.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fleischmann, 23, has played 43 games with the Capitals during the past two seasons, recording four goals and six assists. The Czech has played all seven of Washington's preseason games, compiling one goal, three assists and a plus-1 rating.
