D Volchenkov back in Senators' lineup
Jan 5, 2008 - 12:51 AM BUFFALO, New York (Ticker) -- Ottawa Senators defenseman Anton Volchenkov returned to the lineup for Friday night's contest against the Buffalo Sabres after missing the previous 15 games with a broken finger.The 25-year-old Russian, who has not played since November 29, has four assists and 27 penalty minutes in 24 games this season.
Volchenkov was selected by the Senators with the 21st overall pick in the 2000 draft.
