Sabres D Tallinder leaves game
Mar 5, 2008 - 1:14 AM PHILADELPHIA (Ticker) -- Buffalo Sabres defenseman Henrik Tallinder left Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers in the first period with a shoulder injury suffered on a check from Scottie Upshall.Tallinder stayed on the ice for several minutes before retreating to the locker room.
The Swede, who assisted on captain Jason Pominville's goal 62 seconds into the contest, will not return.
