Capitals re-sign RW Bradley

May 27, 2008 - 5:54 PM ARLINGTON, Virginia (Ticker) -- The Washington Capitals brought back Matt Bradley on Monday, re-signing the right wing to a three-year contract.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Bradley, 29, collected seven goals and 11 assists in 77 games with the Capitals this past season, his third with the club. The physical forward also recorded 74 penalty minutes and 126 hits.

A 1996 fourth-round draft selection, the 6-3 Bradley joined Washington in August 2005, when he signed a three-year contract. The Ontario native has 37 goals and 58 assists in parts of seven seasons with the Capitals, Pittsburgh Penguins and San Jose Sharks.
