Senators sign veteran LW Isbister
Sep 4, 2008 - 8:55 PM OTTAWA (Ticker) -- The Ottawa Senators on Thursday signed left wing Brad Isbister to a one-year, two-way contract.Isbister, who will be joining his fifth different team in as many seasons, spent last season with the Vancouver Canucks, recording six goals and five assists in 55 games.
Over 10 seasons, the 6-4, 225-pound left wing has notched 106 tallies and 116 assists in 541 contests with six different franchises.
Isbister collected a career-high 22 goals and 42 points with the New York Islanders during the 1999-2000 campaign.
