Blues recall LW Winchester

LOUIS (Ticker) -- The St. Louis Blues on Thursday recalled left wing Brad Winchester from Peoria of the American Hockey League.Winchester, who was signed to a one-year contract over the summer, has recorded four goals, two assists and 46 penalty minutes in 13 games with the Rivermen this season.
The 27-year-old Winchester registered one goal and two assists while collecting 46 penalty minutes in 41 games with the Dallas Stars last season.
A second round - 35th overall - selection of Edmonton in the 2000 draft, Winchester has notched five goals and eight assists in 119 career games with the Oilers and Stars.
