Avalanche RW Svatos leaves game
Nov 21, 2008 - 5:14 AM DENVER (Ticker) -- Colorado Avalanche right wing Marek Svatos left Thursday's 1-0 loss to the Calgary Flames in the second period with an abdominal injury and did not return.Svatos logged 8 minutes, 16 seconds of ice time and recorded two shots on goal prior to exiting the contest.
The 26-year-old has recorded three goals and four assists in 17 contests this season. A seventh-round pick in 2001, Svatos has registered 78 tallies and 48 assists in 210 contests over his five-year career with the Avalanche.
