Coyotes recall RW Lisin
Nov 22, 2008 - 12:13 AM RALEIGH, North Carolina (Ticker) -- The Phoenix Coyotes on Friday recalled right wing Enver Lisin from San Antonio of the American Hockey League.A second-round pick in 2004, Lisin appeared in two games with the Coyotes earlier this season, recording one goal and a minus-1 rating. The 22-year-old Russian has notched two tallies and four assists in 10 contests with the Rampage.
In 32 career games over parts of three seasons with Phoenix, the 6-1, 202-pound Lisin has registered six goals and two assists.
The Coyotes on Friday also placed left wing Daniel Winnik on injured reserve, retroactive to Saturday.
Winnik, who has collected one assist and 33 penalty minutes in 15 games this campaign, has been sidelined since being hit in the stomach with a puck during practice on Monday. The 23-year-old native of Toronto, who was a ninth-round selection in the 2004 draft, recorded 11 goals and 15 assists in 79 contests last season - his first in the NHL.
