Bruins D Wideman out vs. Lightning
Dec 5, 2008 - 1:01 AM TAMPA, Florida (Ticker) -- Boston Bruins defenseman Dennis Wideman was scratched prior to Thursday's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning with an undisclosed injury.The 25-year-old blue-liner has recorded six goals and seven assists in 24 games this season.
An eighth-round pick of Buffalo in 2002, Wideman has registered 33 goals, 65 assists and 230 penalty minutes in 247 career contests with the St. Louis Blues and Bruins.
