Bruins LW Sturm leaves game
Dec 19, 2008 - 12:42 AM BOSTON (Ticker) -- Marco Sturm's return to action did not last long.After missing his team's previous 12 games with concussion-like symptoms, the Boston Bruins left wing left Thursday's game against the Toronto Maple Leafs in the first period with a left knee injury.
Sturm, who opened the scoring just 36 seconds into the contest, left the game after he was checked into the boards with 6:23 remaining in the session.
