Senators LW Foligno leaves game
Dec 24, 2008 - 1:59 AM PHILADELPHIA (Ticker) -- Ottawa Senators left wing Nick Foligno left Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia Flyers in the first minute of the third period after he was hit in the face with a high stick.Foligno, who scored his fifth goal of the season in the first period, was injured after he was on the receiving end of Joffrey Lupul's stick to begin the third session.
The 21-year-old remained on the ice for several minutes before being assisted to the locker room. His potential return was not immediately known.
