Report: Sharks RW Setoguchi out vs. Stars

Dec 29, 2008 - 11:49 PM DALLAS (Ticker) -- San Jose Sharks right wing Devin Setoguchi will miss Monday's game against the Dallas Stars, according to a published report.

The San Jose Mercury News reported Setoguchi's grandmother has died and the 21-year-old has flown to Alberta to be with his family. He is expected to rejoin the team Tuesday for its practice.

Setoguchi has 17 goals and 19 assists in 35 games this season. The eighth overall pick in 2005, Setoguchi has collected 28 goals and 25 assists in 79 games over his two-year career with the Sharks.
