Oilers recall C Brule

Dec 31, 2008 - 4:11 PM EDMONTON, Alberta (Ticker) -- The Edmonton Oilers on Wednesday recalled center Gilbert Brule from Springfield of the American Hockey League.

It's the second recall this season for Brule, who is scoreless in two games for the Oilers.

Brule, 21, has registered 11 goals and 16 points in 19 games at Springfield.
