Bruins place C Bergeron on IR
Dec 31, 2008 - 5:34 PM BOSTON (Ticker) -- Boston Bruins center Patrice Bergeron, recovering from his latest concussion, will miss at least another week after being place on injured reserve Wednesday.Bergeron has been sidelined since suffering a concussion December 20 following a collision with Dennis Seidenberg of the Carolina Hurricanes. Bergeron spent one night in the hospital.
