Stars recall LW Conner

Jan 1, 2009 - 10:08 PM FRISCO, Texas (Ticker) -- The Dallas Stars on Thursday recalled left wing Chris Conner from Peoria of the American Hockey League.

Signed as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan Tech in July 2006, Conner appeared in 12 games with the Stars earlier this season, notching five assists and two penalty minutes.

The 25-year-old native of Westland, Michigan also has recorded 13 goals and 24 points in 25 contests with Peoria this campaign.

The 5-8, 180-pound Conner has registered four goals and nine assists in 45 career games with Dallas.
