Blues D Colaiacovo injured
Jan 3, 2009 - 7:40 AM RALEIGH, North Carolina (Ticker) -- St. Louis Blues defenseman Carlo Colaiacovo left Friday's 2-1 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes with an undisclosed injury.Colaiacovo was knocked into the boards by a hip check in the final stages of the first period and did not return. He played 6 minutes, 17 seconds on eight shifts before departing.
Acquired from the Toronto Maple Leafs on November 24, the 25-year-old Colaiacovo has recorded one goal and six assists in 29 games this season.
