Thrashers C Little leaves game
Jan 5, 2009 - 1:13 AM ATLANTA (Ticker) -- Atlanta Thrashers center Bryan Little left Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning in the second period with a rib injury.The Thrashers' leading goal scorer with 19 tallies, Little did not record a shot in 5 minutes, 44 seconds of ice time before leaving the contest. The 21-year-old did not return.
Little, who was the first-round pick - 12th overall - in the 2006 draft, has 13 assists in 40 games this season.
