Canadiens assign G Denis to minors
Jan 18, 2009 - 11:49 PM MONTREAL (Ticker) -- The Montreal Canadiens on Sunday assigned goaltender Marc Denis to Hamilton of the American Hockey League.Denis allowed one goal in 20 minutes of action with the Canadiens on January 2 this season.
In 22 contests with the Bulldogs, the 31-year-old Denis posted a 14-7-0 record with three shutouts, a 2.60 goals-against average and .914 save percentage.
