Blues demote D Wozniewski

LOUIS (Ticker) -- The St. Louis Blues assigned defenseman Andy Wozniewski to Peoria of the American Hockey League on Wednesday.The 6-4, 220-pound Wozniewski made his lone appearance with the Blues this season in Tuesday's 4-2 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets but did not record a point. In 43 games with Peoria, the 28-year-old native of Buffalo Grove, Illinois has registered 12 assists and 40 penalty minutes.
Wozniewski has collected two goals, 10 assists and 81 penalty minutes in 77 career NHL contests with the Toronto Maple Leafs and Blues.
