Thrashers D Reasoner returns in win over Ducks
Feb 16, 2009 - 7:02 AM ANAHEIM, California (Ticker) -- After a three-game absence, Atlanta Thrashers defenseman Marty Reasoner returned to the lineup for Sunday's 8-4 victory over the Anaheim Ducks.The 31-year-old Reasoner, who had not played since a 5-1 loss to the New Jersey Devils on February 6 to nurse flu-like symptoms and be with his pregnant wife, recorded an assist in 16 minutes, 32 seconds of action.
A native of Honeoye Falls, New York, Reasoner has registered eight goals and 10 assists in 54 games this season.
Selected 14th overall by St. Louis in 1996, Reasoner has amassed 72 tallies and 122 assists in 519 contests with the Blues, Edmonton Oilers and Thrashers over his 10-year career.
