Flames C Langkow out vs. Oilers
Feb 22, 2009 - 7:32 AM EDMONTON, Alberta (Ticker) -- Calgary Flames center Daymond Langkow missed Saturday's 3-2 shootout win over the Edmonton Oilers with a bruised hand.The 32-year-old, who is listed as day-to-day, was also sidelined for Thursday's 3-2 overtime victory over the Minnesota Wild.
Langkow has recorded 18 goals and 24 assists in 57 contests this season.
Selected fifth overall by Tampa Bay in the 1995 draft, Langkow has amassed 242 tallies and 355 assists in 925 games with the Lightning, Philadelphia Flyers, Phoenix Coyotes and Flames over his 13-year career.
