Hurricanes activate RW Walker

Mar 3, 2009 - 7:58 PM RALEIGH, North Carolina (Ticker) -- The Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday activated right wing Scott Walker from injured reserve.

Walker, who has missed the last 15 games while recovering from a concussion, is expected to play in Tuesday's contest at Washington.

The 35-year-old has recorded three goals and 10 assists in 34 games this season, his third with the Hurricanes.
