LONDON (SE) - Zavon Hines' injury-time winner fired West Ham to a 2-1 win over Aston Villa handing the Hammers a first home victory of the season.
Mark Noble's penalty had given the hosts the half-time lead before Ashley Young's spot kick after the break was saved by West Ham keeper Rob Green.
Young equalised two minutes later with an attempted cross which drifted into the top corner before Villa defender Habib Beye was harshly dismissed for a second yellow card.
Three minutes into stoppage time Scott Parker set up Hines to lift the Londoners out of the Premier League's bottom three.
