Osman extends Everton stay
May 24, 2013 - 4:29 PM Liverpool, England (Sports Network) - Everton midfielder Leon Osman has signed a one-year contract extension that keeps him at the club until 2015, it was confirmed on Friday.The 32-year-old Osman has spent the past 10 seasons at Goodison Park with the Toffees, and his current deal was set to expire at the end of next season.
"I am delighted to have put my signature on another contract and secured another year at the club," Osman told the club's official website.
"I have been here since I left school. I am a player and a fan, I love coming to work every day and I am delighted that's going to continue."
Osman started 36 of Everton's 38 Premier League games this season, netting five goals, as the club finished in sixth place.
