Real Betis signs GK Andersen
Jun 10, 2013 - 7:51 PM Seville, Spain (Sports Network) - Real Betis have signed goalkeeper Stephan Andersen, the La Liga club announced on Monday.Andersen, a Denmark international, has made 21 appearances for his country and was part of the national squad at the 2010 World Cup and the European Championships in 2004 and 2012.
He joins Betis from Ligue 1 side Evian on a two-year contract with the option of a further year on top.
"I'm very happy to come to Real Betis," said Andersen. It's a great opportunity in my career, to join this club and play in the Spanish league for the first time. I'm looking forward to linking up with the team."
