Chelsea agrees with Leverkusen for Schurrle transfer
Jun 13, 2013 - 7:16 PM London, England (Sports Network) - Chelsea announced Thursday that the club has reached an agreement with Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen for the transfer of Andre Schurrle.The finalization of the deal hinges upon the completion of legal documentation and related matters, including personal terms and passing a medical.
Schurrle, 22, netted 11 goals in Bundesliga play last season, leading Leverkusen to a third-place finish in Germany's top flight. He has scored seven goals in 24 senior appearances for the German national team.
