Liverpool announces Aspas signing
Jun 13, 2013 - 9:04 PM Liverpool, England (Sports Network) - Liverpool announced Thursday that the club has agreed to a deal with Spanish side Celta Vigo for striker Iago Aspas.The 25-year-old was a vital contributor in helping his side avoid relegation last season, scoring 12 goals in 34 games for Celta Vigo.
Aspas will become Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers' second signing of the summer, following Kolo Toure after the defender made the switch to Anfield from Manchester City.
