Dortmund's Bittencourt opts for Hannover move
Jun 19, 2013 - 7:31 PM Hannover, Germany (Sports Network) - Borussia Dortmund midfielder Leonardo Bittencourt has secured a move to Hannover in search of more first-team action.Bittencourt appeared in just five Bundesliga matches for Dortmund last season, and he moves to Hannover on a four-year contract for a fee of around $3 million with a buy-back option of nearly $8 million included in the deal.
The 19-year-old has represented Germany at the Under-20 level and he moved to Dortmund from Energie Cottbus, but spent the majority of his time playing with the reserves.
