Chivas M Marsch out with fractured jaw
Aug 15, 2008 - 11:16 PM CARSON, California (Ticker) -- Chivas USA midfielder Jesse Marsch will be out six to eight weeks after suffering a fractured jaw, the team announced on Friday.Marsch, 34, suffered the injury when he was hit by Sean Franklin of the Los Angeles Galaxy in the 78th minute of Thursday's match.
Marsch is the only player on Chivas to have appeared in every game of the season, starting 19 games and is tied for second on the team with four goals.
